It’s A Family Affair

Back in 2017, Audrey and Jeff hosted a Food Network travel show called Incredible Edible AmericanOn the hilarious show, they toured different cities across America trying some of the most extreme foods they could find, such as $1,000 meals, pancakes the size of manhole covers, giant donuts, massive ice cream sundaes and more. Audrey and Jeff would prepare the dish with the chef in the kitchen, and then sit down and enjoy the dish, oftentimes with one of Jeff’s famous characters. Autumn Sons mission has been to identify a sweet spot in baking where quality ingredients and indulgence blend to create something utterly delicious. Audrey says, “My desire to find a better way of eating for our family led me to discover the wonderful world of plant-based foods. For Audrey, baking and health/nutrition have been her lifelong passions. She started baking with her mom as a young child, and those days in her childhood kitchen are some of her fondest memories. She attended a one-week bootcamp at the Culinary Institute of America (CIA) in Hyde Park, NY, and earned certification in plant-based nutrition from e-Cornell. Audrey holds certifications in sports’ nutrition and fitness training and participated in several competitions.
