The Writers Guild of America, West Coast ( WGAW) celebrated and honored outstanding writing in film, television, new media, video games, news, radio, promotional and graphic animation categories. The red carpet at the glamorous Beverly Hilton Hotel in Los Angeles was studded with top talent from the above categories as well as distinguished celebrities from the world of cinema and television who presented the awards to the honorees.
As Guest reporter for Entertainment & Sports Today, Actor/ Independent Producer Kalpana Pandit had the privilege to interact with and interview several renowned personalities from the field of entertainment including Adapted Screenplay Winner-Eric Heisserer for the movie “Arrival” based on the story ” Story of Your Life” by Ted Chiang; Paramount Pictures.
