At the Gurus Magazine – 2025 Oscars Retreat at the Godfrey Hotel Rooftop in Hollywood, everyone celebrated the brightest stars leading up to the Oscars. Despite the challenges faced here in Hollywood, Gurus Magazine has worked tirelessly to make a positive impact on the community. From partnering with Habitat for Humanity Los Angeles to raise funds for families, to creating a donation center in Palm Desert for those in need, they are proud to have played a role in uplifting our fellow Angelenos.

This year’s retreat was even more special than last year’s, not only in honoring the arts, but also recognizing the brave front line workers who have saved so many lives. Following last year’s success with A-list stars, TV personalities, and both mainstream and independent media, they were excited to bring together a star-studded lineup once again.

Organic, non-pesticide farmers market produce from a Santa Barbara farm, with a Gurus juicing station
The Gurus Beauty Bar featuring skin care consultations served up in martini glasses!
Habitat for Humanity’s horticultural experience—painting messages of hope on ceramic seedling pots for families entering new homes
Spa services including Reiki, massage, facials, tarot readings, Botox, and press-on nails
Fashion, jewelry, live podcasting, cocktails or mocktails, live music, a Gurus flower shop, and luxury travel experiences.

Guru was honored to welcome the Los Angeles Fire Department, with a group photo that will be featured in a Gurus Magazine cover story—a special and heartfelt moment for all involved.
