YOU’RE ON THE EXPRESS TRAIN OF… LIFE!
The day you are born you get on a train with your parents or caretakers, and you feel that they will be with you always. Truth is, at some station, they will get off. So do others close to you, leaving you alone on your journey.
Throughout your life, many passengers will board your train. Some stay for a while, but, in time, some leave forever. You’ll stay on the train because you haven’t reached your station yet. It keeps moving forward.
It’s imperative that you spend quality time with the passengers on your train, because when they’re gone – you will miss them so very much.
The train ride will be full of joy, pain, excitement, love, sadness, surprise, regrets and happiness. You will only experience these things when you visit different compartments of your train. There will be a lot of laughter and tears and a lot of “hellos” and “goodbyes”.
The mystery is that you don’t know when you’ll arrive at your station. And when you do, that’s when you get off the train for the final time. So, it’s important that you leave beautiful loving memories and powerful emotional experiences for all of those still going on their journey.
Today, I want to thank you for being on my train for a while, and I look forward to seeing you again. If for some reason you don’t meet me on my train, have a safe, successful, loving, exciting, meaningful, and passionate journey. This is the ride of a lifetime!
