Happy 2025 New Years! from the Biggest Gourmet Buffet in the World: Caesars Palace Bacchanal Buffet– for the Holidays they have added about 30 special food items to the already 600 items of food- for the most spectacular gourmet food from the 4 corners of the earth!
This is more than a great dinner, more than a great buffet feast, it is an amazing experience that everyone should try at least once! Most restaurants have just one kitchen, with a few items that they are very good at, but at Caesars Palace Bacchanal Buffet that have 10 food stations, with 10 kitchens that each specialize specialize on 1 type of food, like meats, aged beef, seafood, poultry, salads, soups, deserts, food from China, Japan, Brazil, Italy, France, USA, and all over the world!
What really takes the quality of the food to the highest level- is having the best master chefs in each section- both cooking and serving the food, along with dishes placed in this buffet from some of the famous Chefs and Restaurants that are in the gigantic sized Caesars Palace. To mention just a few: Gordon Ramsay with a few of his signature seafood dishes, Guy Fiery, Guy Savoy, Mr Chow- the Iron Chef- with his world famous Peking Duck, Rao’s Italian for those great Meatballs and Pizza, the Legendary Peter Luger Steaks, and the list goes on and on! The buffet has smaller sized dishes, plates, and bowls- so you can experience a very wide range of food- and they welcome you to go back for more, or the chefs can custom cook you a larger portion of any food item you want.
If that is too much food for you, then you can go to Caesars Palace’s Food Court- which takes the food court type of food and service to a higher level- serving gourmet food in the food court style, with smaller sized restaurants with fast service, but from famous Chefs like: Guy Fiery – with mouth watering Chicken meals, Guy Savoy – with gourmet hamburgers, and Buddy V – with great pizza and Italian Sandwiches, to mention just a few.
The service is 5 Star at the Caesars Palace’s Food Court, as the chefs go out of their way to make everyone happy! The main purpose of any buffet in Las Vegas, or any other Casino for that matter, is just to draw people to the casino- to gamble- as the casinos want people to lose a lot of money gambling, so they put out the best possible quality of food, and treat the guests like royalty, to draw in those high rollers. So if you don’t gamble, then it is a real bargain!
It is like you are going to 10 expensive gourmet restaurants all in one day- for lunch, or dinner- that normally you can never do in one day. You end up having a buffet feast- easily worth over $700 a person! During the holidays the prices are raised up to $99, with the regular price being $85 for the dinner. BUT it is worth every penny for this great experience like no other anywhere on this planet!
If you are a high roller gambler- then with your VIP Players card- you have a separate entrance to get it- that would normally take sometimes over 2 hours to get in! When we went there we zipped right to the front of the line, got everything comped from the cashier, and then the Host got us seated at our table within 90 seconds!
What really takes this dinning experience to the highest stratosphere level is the extra mile that the Chefs go to make the Gamblers, VIPs, AND all the guests happy: almost every time I go to the Caesars Palace Bacchanal Buffet- they serve me something very special that is not out on the buffet counter for other guests, and not even on the menu! Over the years I got to know one of the chefs, who when I am with larger parties of 4 or 5 people, he special cooks and serves me the most mouth watering- gigantic beef ribs you have ever seen! He cuts out the whole large side of the cow- with extra large size ribs. Normally a rib is mostly bone, with the meat around it- but at Caesars Palace Bacchanal Buffet- the beef bone may be big – but there is about 1 inch of meat on each side of the bone, giving it a unique special texture and delicious taste. Many times I was given 5 full racks of beef ribs on a super large size buffet serving platter for myself and my guests! (See the below article for the photos.) One time in the seafood section, I was just making conversation, and never even asked for it- but the chef went in the back kitchen to make me up a very special dish: Beluga Sturgeon Caviar at $200 an ounce– so what I had was about 3 ounces, for a total of about $600! One time one of my guests asked for 1 slice of a special type of pizza that they didn’t have, so the chef made her the whole pie! I can go on and one telling you stories, of everyone that was so happy with this buffet- which is why when you are there- everyone has a smile on their face, so you just have to try it for yourself!
There are always people there filming the buffet, and taking photos. This last trip I was there, one guest from China had a large professional still camera, and took a great closeup photo of the Steamship Wagyu Beef!
When I was leaving the buffet, outside there was some woman that looked really familiar to me, who was greeting all the guests as they were still coming in. She was telling them: “Oh, Oh, …Oh CAN WE TALK? This food is just “to die for” . . it is sooooo delicious, I am verklempt!!” and I was stunned, because she looked and sounded just like Barbara Streisand! But she would not admit to me that it was her?
So now that I got your attention, you can read the whole story below, and watch the whole video show!
On this show you will see video of the biggest buffet in the world at Caesars Palace Las Vegas: The Bacchanal Buffet, and you will learn why everyone is so happy and has a smile on their face as they experience this astronomical gourmet feast! VEGAS BABY!
What a better way to have an all-you-eat feast than to attempt to eat 600 items of gourmet food from the 4 corners of the earth! This has been voted the best and biggest buffet in the world by USA Today, and other rating organizations!
No human being could ever come close to eating even just a small portion of this buffet, as we had a gigantic feast of the most expensive food prepared, served, and made by master chefs, in 11 food stations, that is well worth the price of $100 per person, because you can eat well over $600 worth of food, prepared and served by master chefs, and a few very famous well know 5 star restaurants! In Caesars Palace they have over 20 well known restaurants with famous owners/chefs like Gordon Ramsey, Mr. Chows, and Rao’s- that many times put a few of their signature dishes in the buffet, so it’s literally like going to 20- 5 star gourmet restaurants all in 1 day!A few years ago Caesars Palace Las Vegas remodeled their world famous Bacchanal Buffet – making it 25,000 square feet- which is now the biggest in the world! They added more items to the seafood section, like 3 versions of Lobster, and Alaskan King Crab Legs; Prime Rib, 28 days aged steaks, 16 day Beef Brisket that just is so moist- that you don’t need a knife, it just melts in your mouth, Roast Duck, and other items making it a grand total of 600 items of exotic gourmet food, from the 4 corners of the earth, served by famous master chefs! The Alaskan King Crab legs are the biggest and best anywhere, and are better than any other 5-star Restaurant! In the photo you can see one crab leg that is about 2 feet long, and the crab meat is about 2 inches thick: If that’s not enough they have chefs with pushcarts that come right up to your table to give you additional delicacies like Lobster Bisque and Japanese Wagyu Beef Hotdogs: It’s a great experience that will bring joy to your heart, and will be an experience you will never forget! My favorite Master Chef served us again 3 big racks of gigantic beef ribs on a huge silver platter, that wasn’t on the menu for anybody else! About 10 people looked at me funny why I had the whole buffet serving tray for myself. Below photos of me holding up a whole buffet serving platter of 3 full racks of Big Beef Ribs made by our favorite Chef Marvin, at our “Ocean View” Table by the pool:
My host always gives us our “Ocean-view” table at the Bacchanal Buffet at Caesars Palace Las Vegas, with the best table in the house, overlooking the 7 beautiful pools. Here’s photos of me from earlier the same day posing in front of the Golden Caesar Statue under the big dome in the pool:
To name just a few of the dishes we had:
18-day aged Steamship Wagyu Beef imported from Kobe, Japan, that extra special care is given to Japanese Black Cattle, to give the most discriminating food critic an amazing 5 star eating experience! This exact same beef normally sells in restaurants and online for well over $150 an ounce! This steak is fragrant, tender, and will melt-in-your-mouth, and this Wagyu beef will have you coming back for more.
Just a few of the Seafood Fish items include Lobster Claws, the most gigantic Jumbo Shrimp you ever saw, Jonas Crab, Snow Crabs, Alaskan King Crab Legs, imported Caviar at $200 an ounce! Sea Snails Escargot, Octopus, Salmon, Sea-bass, Cod, White Fish, Catfish, and Peking Duck. Below photo of the Fish items: Lobster, Sea Snails Escargot, and the Alaskan King Crab Legs:

After a very long walk, going through so much food from all over the world, at the very end of the buffet sections is the Asian section where they have gourmet delicacies imported from all over the world: Japan, China, and Korea to name just a few of the countries represented at this buffet. They have Sushi, Chicken Feet, Asian variations of Crab Legs- Seafood- Meats – Chicken & Roasted Pig; Dumplings, Wontons, Orange Chicken, Beef-Pork- & Shrimp Fried Rice, Carved Duck Roast, Char Siu Ribs, XO Chicken, and wok-fried Salt & Pepper Frog Legs:
They have amazing tropical drinks, and the desserts are “to die for” as Barbara Streisand would say. The cakes, pies, candy, and the custom ordered crepes cannot be topped! Try the “Death by Chocolate” or the “Triple Chocolate Mousse”, Cupcakes, and about 20 flavors of the most amazing gourmet ice creams they have that are better than the most expensive ice cream you can buy anywhere- it’s 10 times better than Haagen Dazs ice cream!
The list is too long to write out so suffice it to say they have great Italian, Asian, Greek, Mediterranean, American, French, and South of the Border food, in a remodeled, and expanded 25,000 square foot buffet area, next to the pool at Caesars Palace.
